Refund Policy

The best refund policy is the one built into the product: pass your challenge, and your full fee is automatically returned on top of your first payout. Your challenge is free if you succeed.

1. Fee Refund With First Payout

Every funded trader receives 100% of their challenge fee back, automatically, added on top of their first payout request. No form, no ticket — the dashboard handles it.

2. Refunds Before You Start Trading

If you purchased a challenge and have not placed a single trade on it, you can request a full refund within 14 days of purchase by emailing [email protected] from your purchase email. Card refunds return to the original card; crypto refunds are returned in USDC to a wallet you provide.

3. After Trading Begins

Once the first trade is placed on an account, the evaluation service has been delivered and the fee is non-refundable — except as provided by Section 1 (fee refund on first payout) or where consumer law requires otherwise.

4. Failed Challenges

Breaching a rule (max drawdown, daily loss, inactivity) ends the account without a refund. Discounted retry offers are regularly available in your dashboard.

5. Duplicate and Erroneous Payments

Duplicate charges and overpayments (including crypto overpayment beyond the invoice amount) are refunded in full once confirmed — usually within 5 business days.

6. Chargebacks

Please contact support before opening a card dispute — almost every issue is resolved within 24 hours. Fraudulent chargebacks lead to account closure and a ban from future purchases.

7. Restricted Territories

ZZL is not available to U.S. persons or residents, residents of the United Arab Emirates, or persons in sanctioned (OFAC-listed) jurisdictions. Accounts found to belong to such persons, or that breached the eligibility terms (including by using a VPN, proxy, or false location), are closed without refund and without payout, and any rewards, points, or token allocation are forfeited. This sits alongside, and does not limit, our Terms of Service.
